Although the process of assembling a teardrop pallet rack is a fairly simple process, attention needs to be paid to the tiny details to make sure they are stable enough to hold loads as per the manufacturer’s description.
The first thing to do when you set out to install teardrop pallet rack is make sure that you have enough space cleared out for the rack. In most cases, two people will be required to install the teardrop pallet rack so as to reduce the risk of injury. Two frames and around 4 cross beams are required to set up the teardrop pallet rack. The first person needs to grab the upright frame and place it in its intended location. The next person will go about setting up the bottom rear beam with the help of the punch holes seen in the frame. Then as the beam is held up, the first person should place the opposite end of the beam on to the other upright frame. This step is repeated until all the beams required have been placed.
